Very disappointed with a Casket Spray we ordered for a funeral.I had seen prior work n they were beautiful. Ours was very scanty n very few flowers. The design was nothing like what I had ordered. The $100 upgrade was only a few flowers. Asked specifically NOT to use navy blue color for accent flowers n that's what was used.The back of the floral had very few flowers n only white ones. When the casket was rolled into the church, the floral did not hv a good overall appearance. Nothing like what was on their website photos. Very poorly designed. Customer Service was great n very attentive... Valerie V. First time ordering n probably last time, sadly. Was only offered a small discount when I stated my concerns. They did not offer to redo floral even though there was plenty of time, services were still 4 hours away. No return of money n they wld not redo it. This pic is one side of the floral. Did not display nicely n used very few flowers n filled with greenery. 😢

Angie's flowers was so wonderful to deal with. They helped create the perfect bouquet for a co-worker who had a family member pass. I was not local but I had been recommended by someone who uses them frequently for his wife. They fit our budget and added the favorite flowers to the arrangement. They sent pictures through text and really cared about helping us get this delivered. They even offered to come in slightly early to make this happen. The arrangement was beautiful and loved.

I’m extremely grateful for the outstanding service. I’m in Puerto Rico, placed the order the very same day for delivery in Texas, and within just two hours the gift had already been delivered to my mom. 💝 The speed, professionalism, and care were truly amazing. Seeing my mom so happy was priceless. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended 100%! ✨👏

While the ordering process and their reliability in delivery was superb, the actual arrangement was sub par. I ordered this arrangement because of the big, beautiful lillies pictured online but there were none in the delivered arrangement. I wish this would have been communicated to me before confirming/accepting the order. I probably would have changed my order. This was very disappointing. We paid a pretty good amount of money only to be disappointed by the product.
